PML-1000 Magnetic Lifting Handle 1 Ton Capacity
The magnetic lifting handle, when attached to cranes or similar devices, transports heavy metal materials. The PML 1000 magnetic lifter, highly effective in areas where human power is insufficient, has a lifting capacity of 1000 kg. This purely mechanical magnetic lifting magnet features safety levers to prevent errors, ensuring extremely safe operation.
How to Use the Magnetic Lifting Magnet
The PML1000 magnetic lifter, offering 1000 kg of force, requires no additional power. The lever-operated system provides permanent force without requiring electricity. The magnetic force is activated using the handle on the device. When the lever is not pulled, the device remains inactive and in the off position.
Operating Instructions
- Clean the surface of the piece to be lifted before using the device
- Position the magnetic lifter at the center of gravity of your piece
- Lower the magnetic lifter onto the piece you want to lift
- Pull the lever to activate the device
- After the magnetic force grips your piece, lift and transport the metal using a crane or similar equipment
- When your piece reaches the desired position, return the lever to the closed position
