Our complete stainless steel, liquid-compatible, and leak-proof 400 mm diameter round grid magnet separator is produced in our own facilities. It is mounted on the outlet pipes or discharge areas in factories. This way, metals are extracted from products such as spilled food, plastic, glass, and ceramics. These square grid magnets can even attract metal dust particles invisible to the naked eye. They can be manufactured in custom sizes and magnetic strengths for your company.

Our magnetic grid magnets are certified through magnet measurement according to BRC, HACCP, and other standards.

Material and Durability

The magnets are covered with stainless steel material, specifically AISI 304 and AISI 316 stainless steel, which is preferred by food production companies. It has a very high resistance to corrosion.

High Magnetic Strength

Our products are high gauss, very powerful magnets and are produced in our own manufacturing facility. Neodymium grid magnets with high gauss can be produced upon request.

Easy to Clean

These magnets can be manufactured to be easily cleaned.
