Food-Safe with Gauss Certification

These magnetic separators are BRC and HACCP certified for food safety and pose no risk to food products. Neodymium sieve magnets maintain their strong magnetic power over time and ensure thorough cleaning of materials at collection points. Coated with AISI 304 or AISI 316 stainless steel, which is preferred by food manufacturers, they provide excellent corrosion resistance.

Our magnets are highly powerful, featuring high Gauss ratings, and are produced in-house. We can customize drawer-style neodymium sieve magnets with the desired Gauss levels. The standard operating temperature is 80°C, but we can also produce magnetic separators that withstand temperatures up to 250°C.
